It is mandatory that your files are submitted with the correct file specifications, if you do not submit it correctly your order may be put on hold, delayed & additional rush charges may incur.

If you have a file designed or created using another printing vendor's specs or you have not created your file based on our requirements, you will need to revise your files and graphics as our requirements are very different due to our rush service even if you are not in a rush these requirements must be followed and are mandatory.
