Production Print Speed - Time it takes to produce your order

We offer several production turnaround options—commonly referred to as printing speeds—indicating how quickly we produce your order. Here are key things to keep in mind when placing an order:

1. Standard production times are not guaranteed.
2. Emergency Velox Service® guarantees production and delivery.
3. Production time does not include local courier delivery or shipping.
4. Daily cut-off time is 3 PM ET / 12 PM PT to count the same day as a production day.
5. An extra business day for packaging and handling applies to next-day and slower turnaround times. For same-day production, packaging may or may not require an extra day.
6. Standard printing speeds apply Monday to Friday. If you need services on weekends, holidays, or overnight, contact us to arrange Emergency Velox Service®, which incurs an additional rush fee.

Production Times Overview:

• Same Day Production:
  Place your order before the cut-off time, and it will be produced the same business day. If selecting local messenger delivery, your order can arrive the same day. Be aware that standard service is limited by capacity, so it’s better to order early. Emergency Velox Service® is recommended for urgent needs.

• Next Day Production:
  Your order is completed the next business day, with delivery or shipping beginning on Day 2 (including packaging and handling time).

• 2-Day Production:
  Orders are completed within two business days, with delivery or shipping starting on Day 3.

• 5, 7, 10, and 14-Day Production Times:
  For longer production schedules, orders are completed by the fifth, seventh, tenth, or fourteenth business day, respectively. Packaging and handling add an extra day, so delivery follows Day 6, 8, 11, or 15.
