These face masks have to be the most custom masks we make since they are printed almost from edge to edge and top to bottom. Our face maks comply with the CDC'sguidelines to cover your face at all times when in public to avoid covid19 or to mitigate transmission of any other airborne virus or bacteria.

As each printed face mask is personalized to order, we would advise that you wash them before use preferably by hand and air dry. These masks last thousands of washes, so they are durable and reusable.

This fabric face cover, with your custom design printed, serves as a barrier. Available both blank or custom printed with your brand or design layout.

Personalize your face cover with a variety of different printing methods like screen printing, vinyl, metallic & foil stamping, digital heat transfer, embroidery, sublimation, vinyl cut out transfers, and DTG - direct to garment. Same day face masks are printed very fast. Same day face masks work by acting as a barrier to reduce transmission of respiratory droplets. Face masks are an effective way to reduce the spread of any virus.

Special File Set up Instructions: Due to curvature and imperfections in the mask making process, the following will be required for all print-ready files.

1. Mask Size 7" x 5"
2. File Size required: 7.25" x 5.25"
3. Bleed & trim area up to 1" all around in certain areas, especially closer to corners
4.  Safe Zone area 5" x 3"

NOTICE: We recommend to purchase at least 6 masks because:

1. You need to use a different mask when being outside every time to avoid cross-contamination
2. Our prices are lower as your quantity increases
